位於恆春鎮東門古城附近，是恆春鎮上老牌的薑母鴨店。店裡的食材皆採半年的紅面番鴨，肉質恰到好處，特選的老薑，加入特製香料後，用慢火手工翻炒兩小時以上，讓老薑的香味散發到湯頭中，卻不會過於辛辣。店裡的麵線，搭配一點湯頭，風味絕佳喔！

很好吃的在地薑母鴨。把湯舀好後再添加紅標米酒，湯頭香味再上一籌，恍如喝燒甘蔗汁那般香甜。在北部吃薑母鴨總會吃到一堆米血、丸子之類，鴨肉又硬又少。到這家吃就習慣喝湯、吃鴨肉、鵝肉丸，配麵線和青菜，份量也多，價錢著實便宜。相較北部直接把米酒加入大鍋中，我喜歡這邊自己加米酒的吃法。推。聽說暑假店要搬了，離自己上班地點更近，這個好。

That was delicious ! The base is a duck broth with ginger in which you can add what you want, including noodles, mushrooms, cabbage, duck hearts, dumplings, etc. The whole is complemented by a sauce that you prepare by mixing a spicy soy sauce and sweet soy beans. The reception is very nice with the effort to explain well the principle with a map in English. On leaving, the waiter and guests were asked if we liked and explained that the restaurant had existed for 30 years.

一鍋350 肉沒幾塊 倒是骨頭蠻多的 點菜的量也不多 不過湯頭是還不錯 若恆春還有其他家薑母鴨 我想我應該不會再去了 就只是普通而已 真的 呵
